These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and 99av when you register, deposit, play, or use any part of the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account — by registering you are agreeing to everything set out below.

Each individual may hold only one account on 99av. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using someone else's identity — is prohibited and will result in all related accounts being closed.
All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is not allowed and voids any associated winnings.
All bonuses and promotional offers come with wagering requirements that must be completed before associated funds can be withdrawn. The specific requirements are stated on each offer. Not completing wagering before withdrawal will forfeit the bonus balance.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 99av will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your password or failed to enable available security features.
By agreeing to these Terms you confirm you are using the platform voluntarily, with funds you can afford, as entertainment. Deposit limits and self-exclusion tools are available to all players at any time via account settings.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 99av platform, including the website at 99av.onl, the mobile application, and all associated services. Age verification: 99av may request identity documents to verify your age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld.
Each person may register one account on 99av. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or using another person's details — is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance within them forfeited or returned at 99av's discretion after investigation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information during registration will result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 99av recommends enabling biometric login (available on the Android app and iOS web app) and any available two-factor authentication. 99av will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You can update your email address, contact number, and payment method details from your account settings at any time. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity document verification.
99av accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted. 99av reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification of deposit source.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals from verified accounts typically process within a few hours. Bank Transfer withdrawals typically arrive within one business day. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guarantees — occasional delays may occur during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
To make your first withdrawal you must complete identity verification (KYC). We strongly recommend completing KYC immediately after registration so there is no delay when you request your first payout.
Minimum withdrawal: PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. 99av does not charge a fee for withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All transactions on 99av are conducted in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on the platform side. Your balance is maintained in PKR and all bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in PKR.

If you request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings attributed to that bonus will be removed from your account before the withdrawal is processed.
All games offered on 99av — including slot games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are provided by third-party software and data providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (for slots and table games) or by real-world sporting events (for sports betting).
Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. The outcome displayed by the platform software or determined by the settled event is final. In the case of technical errors that materially affect a game result — such as a software crash mid-round — the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within the settlement window, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets where one leg is voided are settled on the remaining legs at their combined odds.
In-play bet acceptance is subject to market availability. During fast-moving moments (goal, wicket, etc.) markets may be temporarily suspended. If odds have changed between your tap and acceptance, the updated odds will be shown for your confirmation before the bet is confirmed.
Minimum bet on sports markets is PKR 200. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and account level. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip. 99av reserves the right to adjust individual account limits at its discretion.
The following actions are prohibited on 99av and will result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and if applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
99av monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. During an investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily held. If an investigation finds no wrongdoing, any held withdrawals will be processed promptly.

Documents should be clear, unedited, and fully visible. Submitting edited, obscured, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Completing KYC as soon as possible after registration is the best way to ensure there are no delays on your first withdrawal. Most verifications are reviewed and approved within one business day.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support via in-app live chat. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally. Your remaining real-money balance (after completing any applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Bonus balances not yet met in terms of wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
If you wish to stop using the platform for a period of time, you can activate self-exclusion from within your account settings. 99av may close or suspend an account at any time if a player is found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or abuse, any balance in the account may be forfeited. In cases where an account is closed for other reasons, the remaining real-money balance will be returned after review.
